Litigation representative | Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia

If an estate is involved in a court action where there are no known estate assets, no administrator or executor has been appointed, there is no family member/heir who is willing to represent the estate, then the Public Guardian and Trustee may receive a request to act as Litigation Representative for the purposes of receiving court documents on behalf of the estate and defending the action.
